PGY2 Ambulatory Care Application Information
Application Requirements
In order to be considered for this residency, the applicant must:
- Possess a strong interest in ambulatory care pharmacy practice
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Complete an ACPE-accredited PharmD Degree program
- Be enrolled in or complete an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
- Participate in the ASHP Resident Matching Program
Application Materials
The applicant must submit the following application materials via the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS):
- Letter of interest/intent
- Current curriculum vitae
- Three professional letters of recommendation
- Official college of pharmacy transcripts
