For nearly two years, Bryce fought a rare form of kidney cancer known as a Wilms tumor. At 17, Bryce was a warrior for other patients and rallied his family to set up toy drives to ensure other teen and pediatric cancer patients could experience the joys of the holidays despite hospitalization. Even in his last days, Bryce proclaimed, “Mom, we won!”

Today, Bryce's legacy lives on with the Bryce Strong Foundation, a non-profit organization created by friends and family who were inspired by Bryce and his courage. Because of donor support, The Bryce Strong Foundation provides a wide range of services and programs for families experiencing childhood cancer.
