University Community Care Plan (UCCP)
University Community Care Plan is a health insurance plan available to existing CareLink members who qualify for coverage under the Affordable Care Act. It is managed by Community First Health Plans, a member of the University Health family. UCCP offers expanded health benefits and coverage in addition to the services you currently receive through CareLink.

Salud Por Vida
Salud Por Vida provides classes on healthy living, including adopting healthy eating habits, exercise and more. For more information, please call 210-358-3290 or email cloutreach@uhtx.com.
CareLink Wellness Warriors
CareLink hosts walking groups for members who wish to earn a $15 credit toward their account balance while engaging in physical activity and working toward a healthy lifestyle. FitLink
FitLink is a fitness program for CareLink members at the Fitness Center at Texas Diabetes Institute. Earn monthly credits toward your CareLink balance when you participate in FitLink. For details, please contact the Fitness Center at 210-358-7206. Note: A referral from your primary care provider is required, so please request an ambulatory referral for Texas Diabetes Institute exercise.
