Job Performance Plans
Designed by employees, for employees, the performance planning and evaluation system establishes a plan for your job at the beginning of each year of service and evaluated at the end of the plan year. Every new employee gets an evaluation at the end of the first three months. This helps newcomers get off to a good start.
Annual performance evaluations lead to consideration for merit pay increases.
