Why Quit Smoking?
Smoking is a leading cause of preventable death in Bexar County and nationwide. In the United States, smoking-related disease claims more than 480,000 lives each year, and millions more currently suffer from related serious health complications including heart disease, lung disease and cancer.
Studies show that people are more than twice as likely to quit smoking when offered counseling, medications or both. If smoking is a habit you or a loved one have tried to break without success, we can help.
