Skin Cancer
Sometimes the smallest change in the appearance of your skin can be a signal that something is wrong. More Americans are diagnosed with skin cancer each year than all the other cancers combined. Our skin specialists help to identify, evaluate and treat all forms of skin cancer.
As with any cancer, early detection is key. We identify and treat basal cell carcinoma (BCC), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), melanoma, as well as more rare cancers found on the skin.
Our providers collaborate with your primary care doctor and other specialists to give you the most comprehensive care possible. If you have a serious skin condition, we make sure you get the treatment you need.
Skin Treatments
Some patients spend months and years worrying about something unusual on their skin. Take time to set up a consultation with one of our skin care specialist. Our clinical staff has years of experience diagnosing and treating a broad range of skin conditions.
Medication
Many skin conditions are treated with oral, topical and injectable medications. Our skin care specialists will guide you to the best medication for your condition.
Surgery
Our providers are trained to cut out skin cancers, cysts and lipomas during an office visit.
Cryosurgery
We treat precancerous growths, sunspots and other skin conditions with cryosurgery. This treatment method is also known as cryotherapy. Our doctors apply cold liquid nitrogen to destroy abnormal tissue. Complete healing usually takes 7 to 14 days.
Allergy Testing
We provide patch testing for our patients who come in with allergic reactions, looking for answers. We conduct the test for those who have a persistent rash, aggravated dermatitis or some other type of allergic reaction.
Patch testing helps to determine which substances (fragrances, dyes, preservatives, etc.) may be causing the contact dermatitis rash. Three patches are placed on your back to see if you have a reaction over the coming days. Three appointments are needed over one week. We can help you find the cause of your allergic reaction so you can avoid irritants and ease your symptoms.
