Since my transplant I've had to move out of the area however the team has been beyond helpful by continuing my post transplant care and going out of their way to provide me excellent support and care to heal.

I will say, it's also a bit frustrating to come for a liver appointment to only be told they are not the ones making decisions about my meds since my kidney is the most recent transplant. I feel like I should be only seeing the kidney doctors then, if that's the case. Liver can look at my labs.
