PediExpress is the only walk-in clinic in the San Antonio area with a board-certified pediatrician available throughout the week and open late on weekends. You can walk away feeling confident that your child, from infancy to age 18, is receiving the best possible urgent care when they need it.
At our ExpressMed clinics, you will find board-certified family medicine doctors who treat patients of all ages on a walk-in basis. We have five locations across San Antonio, including University Health Vida on the South Side and University Health Wheatley on the far East Side.

Telemedicine Urgent Care
If you can’t make it to our PediExpress or an ExpressMed clinic, we offer telemedicine visits for adults and children ages 2 years and older, available Monday-Sunday from 6-10 p.m. Please call 210-644-3209 to schedule an appointment.
You can also call your University Health primary care clinic to see if a same-day appointment is available.

Spend less time waiting in line through our online check-in feature, available to all patients. Select an available time slot and follow the prompts to confirm your arrival time. If no time slots are available, you can still check in upon arrival. You will be seen in the order of arrival and/or condition.
