Kids in the hospital get cooking lessons and learn healthy meals can be delicious

BACKGROUND: How do you introduce kids to healthy eating? One way is to invite them into the kitchen and have them roll up their sleeves. Nutritionists with the San Antonio Food Bank are coming to University Hospital to provide a holiday cooking demonstration and lesson for young patients, to show them how fun cooking can be — and encourage healthy eating.
