Spicy Texas Pecans

Fall is the time of year when our Texas state tree sheds its pecans just in time to harvest and make a spicy treat. Notable health benefits of pecans come from their unsaturated fat and fiber content. Additionally, pecans are high in polyphenols with antioxidant effects.

You will want to grab a handful of these pecans and share with friends!
