Roasted Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 10 ounces of crinkle-cut sweet potatoes
- Olive oil
- McCormick’s Grill-Mates Smokehouse Maple seasoning
- Optional: Honey
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450°
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil onto paper.
- Arrange pre-cut sweet potatoes on the sheet. Try not to overcrowd, or they may become soggy.
- Gently rotate them until all sides are coated with oil. Add more oil if needed.
- Lightly sprinkle the Smokehouse Maple seasoning over the fries and rotate them to get even coverage.
- Place the sheet pan into the center of the oven rack.
- Roast for 15-30 minutes.
- Every 15 minutes, use tongs to gently rotate and mix the potatoes so all sides get heat evenly.
- Remove from the oven and lightly drizzle honey over the fries, if desired.
