CareLink Helps You Afford the Medication You Need
CareLink membership includes prescription drug coverage at any University Health pharmacy. Depending on your CareLink plan, you may have a copay for your prescription.You can request prescription refills by calling the pharmacy or logging in to MyChart. Prescriptions can be picked up in person or mailed to your home by request. Curbside pickup is also available.

Medication Assistance Program (MAP)
Not all prescription medications are covered by CareLink, but the medication assistance program can help members get prescription drugs that are not available through CareLink.Our MAP staff will help prepare your application to send to patient assistance programs offered by pharmaceutical companies. Some medications may take up to six weeks to receive from the drug manufacturer.
Prescription medications not covered by CareLink or MAP may be purchased at any pharmacy at retail cost.
Vaccines
Flu vaccines at University Health pharmacies are free for CareLink members. Other vaccines are available, but some may not be free. Copays are not required but charges may be added to your CareLink account. Low-cost vaccines may also be available through University Health clinics.
