I am a urologist at University Health and UT Health San Antonio specializing in men’s health and male genitourinary reconstruction.

I earned my medical degree at the University of Texas at Houston Medical School in Houston, Texas and completed my urologic residency training at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. I subsequently completed a fellowship in complex genitourinary reconstructive surgery at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, Massachusetts.

Philosophy of Care

Most of the diagnoses that I treat are quality of life issues and the associated treatments are aimed at improving and optimizing one's quality of life. My main goal as a physician and surgeon is to engage in a shared decision making process with each one of my patients to help them meet their specific and personal goals of care.

Why I Love Practicing Medicine

I love the patient interaction and being able to meet and engage with patients from all walks of life. Specific to my practice, I love being able to very practically and tangibly improve a patient's quality of life. That is the most rewarding and satisfying aspect of my job.
