Pathways to Partnership
There are three pathways to partner with the Institute for Public Health at University Health Vida and other University Health locations:
- Become a referral partner
- Host classes and events in our community spaces
- Co-locate in the Vida Community Commons office suite

Partnership Opportunities
Referral Network
University Health’s referral network is a network where providers receive and respond to patient referrals for services that address non-medical drivers of health.
Events at Vida Community Spaces
Community Spaces are dedicated areas where partners can host educational classes, workshops, services, meetings, and other events that engage the community.
Co-location at Vida Community Commons
Community Commons is a shared, collaborative workspace where partners can reserve desks and meeting rooms for activities such as professional and program development, grant writing, community needs assessment, impact evaluation and other opportunities to work together on public health initiatives that address non-medical drivers of health and reduce disparities.
