Santa’s coming!
Delivering presents and holiday cheer to our children
Santa and some of his elves are sneaking into University Hospital Tuesday morning, Dec. 17, to deliver some special presents to our pediatric patients.
Our Bexar County Hospital District Police Department and Child Life specialists organize this event every year, because a visit from Santa is on all of the children’s wish lists. Blood Donor Services is contributing special teddy bears for the kids.
Media interested in capturing these magic moments should arrive at the lobby information desk no later than 10:15 a.m. You will be escorted to the location where Santa will make his entrance. Media can then follow Santa room-to-room as he brings smiles to the faces of children at University Hospital.
